Message for high school students

People created and updated the organizations that we call societies to help them to lead their lives. These organizations and their associated meanings and knowledge have been linked by various things in an effort to share them. These organizations, meanings, and knowledge have formed systems that have changed with the times. Archaeology involves investigating such transitions from the standpoint of studying physical objects. Why and how did systems change? What can we learn from this knowledge about the way we live today and how we face tomorrow? In order to pursue such research, it’s important to refine a fresh way of looking at things that transcends the boundaries between disciplines. I’m looking forward to working with you all in this field, where we learn from the past to create the future.
