The School of Interdisciplinary Science and Technology, Kyushu University, will provide you with the issue-based training program which enables you to consider and solve urgent and complicated problems the world now faced, such as global warming, biodiversity, emerging infectious diseases, religious and ethnic conflicts, political and economic inequalities, aging, and so on. In this school, teachers will give you both disciplinary training from humanities, social and natural sciences, and knowledge based on Western, Asian, and Japanese experiences, and will discuss and consider these issues together with students in the class.
