Message for high school students

Life is challenging! There are many emerging challenges those are coming in front of us. For example, corona pandemic, climate change, etc., which are serious global concerns. These facts are causing a lot of stress in humans and other creatures. Short-term stress may help to adapt with the new environment; however, long-term stress is fatal for our body and mind.

I am very much interested to study how different types of stress affect physiological systems and metabolic processes. Nutrients and bio-active molecules are my current focus to administer into cells and organisms to control stress response for developing a sustainable life.
