“Get-Together for ISI International Exchange Students in Fall 2022” was held Nov.11,2022
On Tuesday, November 8, 2022, from 6:00 p.m., the School of Interdisciplinary and Innovation (ISI) held the “Get-Together for ISI International Exchange Students in Fall 2022” at ITORI ITO, an Italian restaurant on campus where you can enjoy the "Ito's season".
This was the face-to-face meeting, and was attended by about 50 people, including exchange students from partner universities abroad, student supporters, faculty members and administrative staff.
It was opened with a moderator, Associate Professor Li Xiaoyan, in charge of inbound students, and a welcome speech by Dean Masahiko Kaburagi. After that, Vice Dean Professor Johan Lauwereyns gave the toast.
After the international students had finished their self-introductions and the atmosphere had relaxed, a lively circle of laughter and conversation spread throughout the venue as the participants enjoyed the seasonal dishes. In the middle of the party, student supporters sang songs and danced to the delight of the audience.
The party concluded with a message of welcome to the international students once again from Vice Dean Johan Lauwereyns, and the exchange party ended on a high note.
※Students who are interested in interacting with international students are encouraged to apply to become a supporter. For details, please see the Campus Mate announcement.
※This meeting was held under thorough infection control measures.
