Students follow a curriculum designed to teach them how to learn in order to gain the English-language communication skills, humanities- and science-based ways of thinking, and knowledge and skills in a wide range of disciplines required to solve problems facing the whole of humanity.
First to third year:
Learning what you need to tackle the problems you want to solve
Through KIKAN Education and departmental education, we aim to ensure that students acquire knowledge and skills in a wide range of disciplines, along with the proactive attitude and ways of thinking that they will need to tap into to apply what they have learned to solving problems. Students also acquire practical foreign language (English) skills via thorough language education.
Working on solutions to a problem
Students combine the advanced knowledge and skills acquired in multiple disciplines in the first three years and summarize ways of solving a problem. (Degree project)
