Alumni Association of School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation

Alumni Association of ISI has been established in March 2022 for the purpose of promoting fellowship among members and contributing to the development of the School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation, Kyushu University.

◆Main Activities of Alumni Association

(1) Annual General Meeting

In principle, an annual general meeting is to be held once a year. An reception is going to be held to promote mutual friendship and exchange of information among the members on the same day.

(2) Information dissemination through SNS, etc.

In order to exchange information among members, we will use SNS and other methods to disseminate information on recent updates of the faculty and follow-up activities of alumni.

◆Managemenet of Alumni Association

(1) General Meeeting

It is the supreme voting organization, which will be held once a year in principal.

(2) Officer's Meeting

The Officer's Meeting consists of the president, two vice presidents, and a small number of secretaries (responsible for public relations, operations, accounting and membership registry management; at least one person for each role). The Meeting discusses and manages matters in preparation for the General Meeting and oversees day‑to‑day operations.
