Message for high school students

I specialize in optimization theory and will have courses on optimization theory. We often see the word  ``Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation" in this school, but what is this actually about? I do not have a clear answer. I hope to find answers to this question through interaction with the School of Interdisciplinary Science and Innovation students, faculty, and staff.
