Message for high school students

During undergraduate, I volunteered in Bangladesh and became interested in global health. I assume many people have realized that infectious diseases such as the COVID-19 pandemic can have a major impact on the economy and society as a whole when they cross borders. In a globalized world, it will become increasingly important to solve global health issues caused by disparities between countries and within countries through cooperation across borders and fields. I would like to contribute to global health issues through research, practical activities, and education.
