“Get-Together for ISI International Exchange Students in Summer 2022” was held Jul.7,2022

On Friday, July 1, 2022, from 6:00 p.m., the School of Interdisciplinary and Innovation (ISI) held the “Get-Together for ISI International Exchange Students in Summer 2022” at ITORI ITO, an Italian restaurant on campus where you can enjoy the "Ito's season".

This was the first face-to-face meeting in a long time, and was attended by about 40 people, including 15 exchange students from partner universities abroad, 6 student supporters, and academic advisors and administrative staff.

This was opened with a moderator, Associate Professor Li Xiaoyan, in charge of inbound students, and a humorous welcome speech by Vice Dean Professor Johan Lauwereyns. After the international students introduced themselves, everyone quickly became familiar with each other and engaged in lively conversation over tasty Italian food.

The event ended on a friendly note with a heartfelt message from Dean Masahiko Kaburagi, and students said, "I am looking forward to my life at Kyushu University even more now.”

※Students who are interested in interacting with international students are encouraged to apply to become a supporter. For details, please see the Campus Mate announcement.

※This meeting was held under thorough infection control measures.
